Michelleanne Bradley
President & CEO
Michelleanne, Metis's President and CEO, brings over two decades of biotech and pharma expertise, specializing in quality and pharmacovigilance. She founded Metis to create a different kind of company, one that prioritizes ethical leadership and team empowerment. Her vision is to build a modern, inclusive organization that challenges traditional corporate structures.
Michelleanne excels at fostering interdepartmental alignment and maximizing organizational services. She uses her extensive experience to identify and transform company deficiencies into opportunities for growth. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes grace, process, and employee well-being, creating an environment where teams thrive. Ethics remains her core passion, driving her approach to business.
Scott Bradley
Business Development Director
Scott is a business development and marketing specialist with over 20 years of experience building strategic relationships.He has a proven track record of success in developing client solutions over his career for Fortune 500 Companies, small to medium organizations and his own small business. Scott has a BA from Curry College in Milton MA.
Li-Anne Rowswell Mufson
Program Researcher
Li-Anne is a specialist in communication and research, providing her colleagues with support on new projects, document support, and Social Media and outreach. She is a strong advocate for bringing positivity to the workplace, the human touch of empathy, and patience. Li-Anne supports the teams’ projects, provides the resources and the insight they need promptly, and believes in the power of knowledge discovery. She has a deep belief that no new learning is ever wasted. Li-Anne appreciates that her Metis colleagues never lose sight of patient safety as the top priority.
Li-Anne leads a dual life as a Professional Storyteller for Children and Adults and teaches Military Affiliated college students and others how to tell their stories. She also has a profound interest in all things Celtic, stemming from the part of her varied heritage that started in Scotland and Ireland. Ballads, Stories, drums, and bagpipes are always welcome. Her deep love of all things Celtic also has her teaching a Scotch Whisky class and tasting as a once-a-year fundraiser.
